These terms are the agreement between Blurfield and your business when you use the platform. The short version: bring your own channels, treat your customers well, pay for what you use — and we'll keep the software running.
Blurfield is a software platform that lets businesses sell, support and get paid on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, with optional add-ons such as an online storefront, broadcasts and shipping integrations. We provide the software; you run your business on it.
A free trial of 7 days is included with new accounts. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan.
You connect your own Meta assets (WhatsApp Business number, Instagram account, Facebook Page) and your own payment-gateway and courier accounts. You are responsible for keeping those accounts in good standing and for complying with Meta's Business, Platform and Commerce policies and each provider's terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, prices, taxes and the fulfilment of orders placed by your customers. Contracts of sale are between you and your customer — we are not a party to them.
Keep your credentials secure. Staff access is under your control via roles and permissions; actions taken from your account are your responsibility.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in INR. Add-ons are billed on top of your plan — monthly, one-time or metered (for example AI credits), as shown at purchase.
Prices may change with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Taxes (GST) are added where applicable.
If a renewal payment fails we retry and notify you; the account may be limited until payment succeeds. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
No spam or unsolicited messaging: broadcasts and templates must follow Meta approval rules and be sent only to customers who have opted in. No illegal goods, deceptive practices, harassment or infringement of others’ rights.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, abuse the platform, or put other merchants’ deliverability at risk. Where practical we warn first.
AI replies, images and videos are generated by machine-learning models and can be inaccurate. Review automated content — you remain responsible for what your business sends and publishes.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without a specific uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-product. Third-party outages (Meta, gateways, couriers) are outside our control.
We continuously improve the product and may add, change or retire features. If we retire a paid feature you actively use, we will tell you in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blurfield's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss caused by third-party services.
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings → Account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Tamil Nadu, India. If we change these terms materially we will notify you in-product at least 15 days before the change takes effect.
